The Torque Alliance PivotAL Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) is engineered to extend operational efficiency and minimise costly tubing interventions. Featuring an extended stator and a custom-milled rotor with alternating active and inactive sections every 12 inches, this design allows for the repositioning of the rotor into unused stator sections, effectively restoring pump efficiency and prolonging run life.

The innovative design of the PivotAL PCP enables rigless restoration of pump efficiency. By performing a 12-inch rotor lift using a flushby unit or Torque Alliance’s Endless Rod Unit (ERU), the active section of the rotor is repositioned into a previously unused section of the stator. This process restores pump efficiency without the need for a service rig, reducing downtime and operational costs.
