Description

The NERO Sliding Sleeve is engineered for use in high-pressure and sour gas environments. Its non-elastomeric seals and robust design ensure long-lasting performance, even under extreme conditions. The sleeve incorporates an Otis® R-style Selective Nipple profile and dual sealing bores, providing compatibility with various flow control devices, including blanking plugs and separation tools.

The EB Shifting Tool enables precise control, with downward jarring to open and upward jarring to close the sleeve. This design prevents unintended adjustments during wireline operations, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency.

Constructed from materials such as 4140 L-80, 9 Cr, 13 Cr, and Incoloy 925, the sleeve is built to withstand harsh environments. Custom threading options are available to meet specific operational requirements.
