Description

The NERA Sliding Sleeve is engineered to provide reliable performance in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. It features a robust sealing system with non-elastomeric O-rings and replaceable Vee seals, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to wear.

The sleeve incorporates an Otis® R-style Selective Nipple profile and dual sealing bores, making it compatible with various flow control devices such as blanking plugs and separation tools. The EB Shifting Tool enables precise sleeve operation, with upward jarring to open and downward jarring to close, ensuring controlled functionality and preventing accidental activation during wireline operations.

Constructed with materials like 4140 L-80, 9 Cr, 13 Cr, and Incoloy 925, the sleeve is designed to withstand extreme conditions. Custom threading options are also available to suit specific operational needs.
